The All Products tab in the Inventory area of the Warehouse app gives the ability to search the Product list. Tapping a Product provides access to the Available for Sale, Inventory Adjustment, and Update Bar Codes options.
The Frozen Products tab is available for those with access to frozen inventory. The Products listed are those frozen in the Physical Inventory Management area of Agvance. The first 500 Products for the logged in Location are listed sorted by Product Name, Department, and Lot Number (if applicable). Use the search to narrow results.
Tapping a Product displays Product information and allows a Physical Count to be entered and saved.
Available for Sale
The Available for Sale screen provides the Product Name, Department ID, Product ID, and Location.
Additional information is available by expanding the Product Availability, Pricing, and Matching Products sections.
Product Availability
The Product Availability section provides the Amount On Hand, Available for Sale, On Order, Unused Booked, and Undelivered amounts.
Pricing
The Pricing section shows the List Price, Average Cost, Last Cost, Estimated Average Cost, Inventory Unit, Billing Unit, Package Size, and Package Unit.
Matching Products
The Matching Products area lists identical Products in other Locations along with the Available for Sale.
Inventory Adjustments
The Inventory Adjustments area gives the ability to quickly and easily adjust inventory. Functionality for this area is identical to the functionality found in Agvance.
Adjusting inventory while others are posting may lead to undesired results. It is recommended to ensure all Users are locked out of the Product in Agvance before adjusting inventory.
The Product Name and Amount on Hand information is displayed at the top. Choose the Adjustment Type and Count Type from the drop-downs. A Lot Number can also optionally be indicated. Entering the Count automatically calculates the Difference and Percent Change. Optionally enter any Comments, then select Save when finished.
Update Bar Codes
The Update Bar Codes area gives the ability to update bar code information for a Product.
The Product Name, Product ID, Department ID, and current Barcodes are listed.
Manually key in the bar code in the Enter new barcode field and choose Add or tap the Barcode icon to scan the barcode with the device's camera. Upon selecting Add, the barcode is included in the information at the top of the screen. When finished, select Save.
