Purpose
This dashboard displays restricted-use Products on Invoices where the Field on the Invoice, the Ship To, or the Grower's state is IA, MN, or OH. Dates outside of 9/21/1677 through 4/11/2262 will be blank or will show 4/11/2262.

Filters include Applicator Name, Product Name, Customer Name, Start Date, and End Date.
The Applicator's categories and address of the certified Applicator display to remain compliant with Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 45.26 requirements. This tab will only include Invoices where the Invoice Location is in Iowa and only line items where the Product is restricted.
MN
Filters include Start Date, End Date, Dealer Name, Salesmen, Grower Name, Custom Applied, and Exclude Negative Quantities.
Hierarchy for Applicator Address and License information:
- If there is an Applicator with a valid permit on the Additional Info tab on the Invoice, the Address and License information for the Applicator will be displayed.
- If there is no Applicator on the Invoice and the Grower on the Invoice has an Address Record under Federal Permits, that Name and Address will be displayed with the valid permit information listed under the Customer profile.
- If the Invoice includes no Applicator and no Address Record, the Customer's Address and valid License information will be displayed.
- If there is no Applicator, no Address Record, and no Federal Permit, the first non-expired license number and expiration date from the Customer profile will be displayed.
OH
Filter by Start Date and End Date.
Hierarchy for Applicator Name and License information:
- If there is an Applicator on the Invoice, the name and license information for the Applicator will be displayed.
- If there is no Applicator on the Invoice, the name of the Customer and the license number and expiration will be displayed for the Federal Permit selected on the Invoice.
- If there is no Applicator and no Federal Permit selected on the Invoice, the first non-expired license number and expiration date on the Customer profile will be displayed.
