Purpose
The Acres Applied tab gives the total acres by Location, Job Type, Applicator, Vehicle, Salesman, and Product for Blend Tickets that have been completed from Agvance Ops.
The second tab (Acres by Status) shows the acres that have not been invoiced that are Ready, In Progress, or On Hold.
Details
Voided Blend Tickets are not included. Selecting a Job Type, Applicator, Vehicle, Salesperson, and/or Product will filter the dashboard.
Acres are based on Applicator acres from the Blend Ticket's Additional Info tab.
Filtering options include:
- From/To dates
- Location ID
- Loaded/Unloaded
- Custom Applied Only?
- Date Selection
- Completed – Date timestamp from Agvance Ops and the Blend Ticket must be completed in Agvance Ops or Dispatch. All fields must be completed on multi-Field tickets for acres to be included in this dashboard.
- Ordered – Blend Ticket date
- Loaded – Loaded date
- Invoice – Invoice date and information displayed on the dashboard comes from Invoices, not Blend Tickets.
