Navigate to Energy / Setup / Categories.
- Category – Used on Maintenance Work Orders, the categories may be various jobs to be completed such as painting tanks or changing regulators.
- Frequency – This is an area for future development.
- E-mail – If the Email Billing Comments option is selected at Setup / Preferences and a Maintenance Work Order is added for this category, an email is automatically sent to this e-mail address.
- Not Available at Maintenance Work Order – If checked, the category is not visible in the Category drop-down list on the Add a Maintenance Work Order window.
