- FTM-5074 / Quick Ticket Void/Start With – Selecting Void/Start With will now ask for a Cashier ID when the Require a cashier on the quick ticket preference is enabled. This carries through to saving the newly created Quick Ticket without needing to re-enter the PIN/ID.
- Why – This update improves accountability.
- When/Where – The Void/Start With button is found at A/R / Manage Quick Tickets. The Require a cashier on the quick ticket preference is found at Setup / Location Preferences on the Invoice tab.
- Action Needed – Enable the Require a cashier on the quick ticket preference and ensure Cashiers are set up at Setup / A/R / Cashiers.
