- HW-12339 / Limit Products to Only Agvance Linked – An Owner option called Linked Products Only has been added to the Profile pages under the Agvance Integration section. When active, the Product list is limited to only Products linked to Agvance for the Org Level for which a particular Agvance database is set up. Existing data with unlinked Products behaves the same as inactive or Org Level Products where viewing is limited to those only.
- Why – This limits Products to those linked to Agvance only.
- When/Where – This new option is found on the Profile pages under the Agvance Integration section.
- Action Needed – This option will need checked if desired, as the default is off.
- HW-12344 / Events and Recs – A new context menu was implemented for all Event and Rec types on the Layers panel to display Layers from the Rec and Event tabs as well as edit or delete Recs and Events from the Layers tab. Two menu options were added - View/Edit (view/edit the Event or Rec) and Show Layer (navigates to the Layers tab where the Rec or Event appears at the top of the list).
- Why – This enables cross-functionality between the Layers and Events tabs.
- When/Where – The new context menu is found on the Layers panel.
- Action Needed – No action required.
- HW-12555 / Action Panel Field Boundary – The last User who modified the Field boundary and the timestamp of when the boundary was edited can now be seen.
- Why – This provides pertinent information regarding Field edits.
- When/Where – This information can be seen when hovering over the Acres label in the Fields panel.
- Action Needed – No action required.
- HW-12762 / Field Count and Area – Two new User roles - Total Area and Total Fields - were added and default as enabled. When the roles are disabled, the column on the Fields panel will not display total Fields or acres.
- Why – This allows administrators to prevent unauthorized access to Customers' Field acres and number of Fields.
- When/Where – The new roles are found under the Customer section on the User Role page.
- Action Needed – No action required.
